    Description of the Project: Removal of lead-based paint hazards with additional Healthy Homes improvements in a single-family home.

    Scopes of Work: This project includes replacing windows and replacing exterior doors. Metal wrapping fascia, and installing vinyl siding. Additionally, the scope covers the installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The work further encompasses lead abatement of building components and the implementation of lead-based paint interim controls.

    Requirements: Must be on the Planning Department's Approved Contractor's list.
